i pulled this image of a beach resort from the internet (of course) and looked to see if it had a name , which it did. I used a brush to erase lines out of the text and then gave it a drop shadow. the fish was also from the internet, and i gave it the lighten blending mode to achieve that effect

this is my finished product. the girl i used is kang seulgi from a girl group called Red Velvet. i knew i wanted to use her because in their new music video, One of These Nights, there are many surreal moments. i initially wanted to recreate one of them, but i couldn't find any good source images. i just went to google and grabbed cool looking images.

Unless i find something else to add to it on thursday or friday this is the final product. it doesnt look that great mostly because i couldnt find good watercolor brushes to use. other than that i loosely followed to tutorial and got this which is kinda nice

this is my thing the textbook thingy was a little confusing but i got done with it. the path type was the hardest part for me, i couldnt get it to do what i wanted it to.

this is my final product. i only added a few simple touch ups from yesterdays version to make it look better. i chose to use that girl because it looks like she doesnt care that meteors are literally coming straight at her. i didnt have much trouble with this other than the fact that i couldnt get the coloring of the background quite right.

i chose the watercolor text effect because i like real life watercolors. i had to make the paper look like watercolor paper and make i watercolor brush

this was pretty easy for me i just chose the brushes that looked cool to me.

these are my source images and my final product. i followed along with what the video said. i used the quick selection tool and refine edge.

i didnt really have any ideas going into this. i just wanted to use eyes. i wanted to use female leads bc girls are cool. they can predict the future and eventually save the world 

this is my vintage poster. as you can see i chose a squirrel head, mostly because i look like a squirrel. i decided against using inspirational words and used the opposite. i didnt quite understand the patterns part of the tutorial so i did my own thing. i just put the images behind the main paper layer and erased pieces out of it.  

honestly i dont remember what i did on this one either. so i'll say i followed the tutorial. i do recall using the hue and saturation layers a lot, as well as the channels panel.  

to be honest i dont know what i did to make this look acceptable. since i dont remember i'll just say i followed the tutorial the best that i could.
